  • Users:
    • Data Collection Timing: Data is collected during the registration process for all users of the Brisk Response App.
    • Details: Information such as personal details, contact information, and verification data is collected to create and manage user accounts, ensuring only authorized users can access and use the app.
  • System Administrators:
    • Data Collection Timing: Data is collected continuously as part of system management and administration.
    • Details: Administrative data, including access logs and operational data, is collected to monitor and manage the app’s performance and ensure its security and functionality.
  • Shared Media Contents: Any media content (photos, videos, etc.) shared, uploaded, or provided by users on the Brisk Response App is the sole responsibility of the user who shares it. Brisk Response App disclaims any liability for such content. This includes, but is not limited to, any media that captures individuals, groups, or entities, whether directly or indirectly, intentionally or unintentionally. Users are fully accountable for ensuring that their shared content complies with privacy and consent standards.
  • Brisk Map – Location Consent: By using Brisk Map, you consent to the app collecting your location for the following purposes:
    1. Home Address – Used for reporting incidents and emergencies. This information will be shared with your chosen responders and any agencies handling escalations.
    2. Agency Address – Allows users to easily find your office on the map.
    3. Evacuation Center / Voting Precinct – Helps users quickly locate these important sites on Brisk Map.
    4. Location Sharing – Enables your admins to locate you when needed. Please note that we don't keep data of your location foot print as our system deletes location data footprint every 24hours.
  • Call and Message Consent for Brisk Response App -
    To improve emergency response and ensure accurate documentation, please review and agree to the following:
    1. All Users consent to the recording and storage of their calls and messages made through Brisk Response for coordination with emergency responders.
    2. All Users understand that these recordings and messages will only be used for app-related purposes whenever needed.
3. Retention Period with Reckoning Date and Time
  • Informants:
    • Retention Period: Data related to informants is retained perpetually from the date of the incident report submission.
    • Reckoning Date and Time: Data retention begins from the date and time when the incident report is submitted through the Brisk Response App.
  • Responders/Agencies:
    • Retention Period: Institutional and representative data is retained for the duration of the organization’s registration with the Brisk Response App and for 2 years following deregistration or the last recorded activity.
    • Reckoning Date and Time: Data retention starts from the date of registration and continues until the organization’s registration is terminated, with an additional retention period of 2 years post-deregistration.
  • Users:
    • Retention Period: User data is retained for the duration of the user’s active registration with the Brisk Response App and for 6 months after account deactivation or termination. Additionally, data may be retained for 2 years to manage any post-termination activities.
    • Reckoning Date and Time: Data retention starts from the date of user registration and continues until the account is deactivated, with an additional retention period of 6 months and potentially 2 years for post-termination management.
  • System Administrators:
    • Retention Period: Administrative data, including access logs and operational data, is retained indefinitely for auditing and system management purposes.
    • Reckoning Date and Time: Data retention begins from the date of data collection and continues indefinitely to ensure ongoing system performance and security.
  • Shared Media Contents: Any media content (photos, videos, etc.) shared, uploaded, or provided by users on the Brisk Response App is the sole responsibility of the user who shares it. Brisk Response App disclaims any liability for such content. This includes, but is not limited to, any media that captures individuals, groups, or entities, whether directly or indirectly, intentionally or unintentionally. Users are fully accountable for ensuring that their shared content complies with privacy and consent standards.
4. Destruction or Deletion Procedures
The destruction or deletion of data will be conducted with utmost care and in accordance with the specified Retention Periods and Reckoning Dates. The tech team will meticulously assess each data deletion request and ensure compliance with established retention schedules. All data deletion processes will be executed following our internal protocols to safeguard data integrity and confidentiality.
